RideWhistler Blackcomb

The resort can feel like a bit like you’re at Disney World, but once you head up into the mountains it feels entirely different.  There is ridiculous amounts of inbounds FreeRide terrain. The majority is lift accessed but the best goods are usually found at the end of a short boot-pack, the pay back feels like an authentic mountain experience that doesn’t disappoint.

BTW: Whistler gets its modern name from the call of the western hoary marmots heard by the European trappers and prospectors who settled there. This of course was several thousand years after the Coast Salish First Nations peoples called it home.
