These goggles are pitched at the budget market but I think they’re way better than more pricey models starting with the letter O.

I ski about 100 days/year and I’ve worn these Dirty Dog Mutant Legacy magnetic goggles pretty much exclusively for 3 seasons. They’re my go to goggles because they’re excellent!

They’re super comfy to wear and have proven to be hardwearing and scratch resistant.

I love that I can easily interchange between the lenses using the magnetic system which is not only quick and easy to do without having to remove my ski gloves but also saves space in my backpack. I’m confident the magnets don’t interfere with my transceiver because I teach avalanche rescue practice and have never had an issue with them.

After a couple of seasons the strap did lose it’s elasticity but the manufacturer happily mailed out a replacement when I contacted them – so 5 stars for customer service!

My only gripe would be that I had to make my own lens case for the spare lens – but I did use the original packaging and some gaffer tape so maybe this is a better environmental solution than bringing another piece of plastic into the world.
