La Tania is one of six villages that make up the Courchevel ski area: Saint Bon (1100m), Courchevel-Le Praz (1300m), Courchevel-La Tania (1400m), Courchevel-Village (1550m), Courchevel-Moriond (1650) and the main resort of Courchevel (1850). The Courchevel lift pass covers a massive area by most resort standards with 100s of FreeRide opportunities a designated / patrolled FreeRide zone, a patrolled but un-groomed black known as the Grand Couloir and as well as tons of side country. Upgrading to the Les 3 Vallées pass gives you access to more FreeRide terrain than you could ski in many seasons.
